This problem was reported by Skiff, previous Polish translator on (post #73). Next IMHO big problem is with opening all help pages in the new windows called from options window. Bad encoding is in the warning dialog when user unmap quick keys. This is not elegant if this fantastic extension have these issues. Instead should be window title or Warning!.
